Automatic double head miter saw designed for straight and miter cuts of aluminum and UPVC. The saw operates automatically via PLC control, and cut lists can be generated by manual input on the touch screen. With label printing function, it can be used with our CNC drilling and milling center, and the processing efficiency is higher.
1. Feature
1. The machine adopts numerical control technology and can complete automatic positioning cutting of different sizes of profiles;
2. The movable cutting saw head adopts linear guide pair and gear rack transmission to ensure the rigidity and positioning accuracy of the transmission;
3. Lubrication and cooling device that moves with the saw blade, effectively improving the cutting quality and the service life of the saw blade;
4.The pneumatic positioning brake and the compressing of the profile ensure the cutting stability.
