5-Axis CNC Machining Center For Industrial Aluminum Profiles With 12 Tool Magazines for drilling milling and cutting

5-axis CNC machining centre with moving gantry structure. Designed for milling, drilling, thread cutting and cutting on bars or large workpieces of aluminium, PVC, light alloys in general . The high power electrically-driven spindle with HSK-63F tool holder allows machining operations, including heavy-duty work, with optimum results in terms of speed and accuracy.

The 12-place tool magazine is installed behind the moving gantry structure, the 300 mm blade is housed separately in a specific blade magazine. The machine can be used in double mode so as to minimize machine downtime, as it is possible to change the workpiece (load/unload) in “concealed” time. The dynamic double operation version can improve further on this feature, positioning the vices independently from the portal movements. It is also possible to machine different workpieces between the two work areas. The gantry is provided with a guard which, besides protecting the operator, also reduces the noise impact on the environment.

structure which facilitates the service and maintenance at the production site.

3. Adopt advanced CNC control system, the machine can meet various processing requirements,such as dilling, milling, nigid tapping and sawing.

4.Five Axis spindle adopts Italy 12KW automatic tool change and tool aligning function.Realizing multi-faceted and multiangle process on kinds of aluminium profile. With cutting function can realize precisely cutting at multfaceted and multi-angle.

5. Tools magazine, disc 12 tools and a saw blade,meeting the requirement of quick tool changing in different hole positions of profile processing.

6. It can achieve dual-zone working model,means one zone is working, at the same time another zone is load/upload parts. Machine can achieve alternating working.
