The 3-axis CNC machining center adopts 9KW Italian spindle, the worktable can be turned 180 degrees, and the profile can be processed on three sides once clamping. The machine is specially developed for the integrated processing of the profile, such as milling, drilling, machining and end milling, as well as various operations on the industrial profile.
We also provide customized services, customized according to customer requirements of different sizes, colors, logos and so on. We do our best to make every machine to meet the processing needs of different customers.

1. Suitable for drilling, milling, round holes, special-shaped holes, plane engraving and other processing of aluminum alloy profiles;
2. The X axis is driven by high-precision helical gears and helical racks, and the Y-axis and Z-axis are driven by high-precision ball screws, with stable transmission and high precision;
3. The machine adopts the Han's (PA) machine tool numerical control system and the special CAM editing software for 3D modeling display, which can optimize the travel path. It can complete continuous automatic milling of profiles of different specifications and sizes. It has powerful functions. It is convenient and easy to import CAD drawings into the system.
4. The drawer-type 6-position tool magazine ensures uninterrupted continuous processing.
