High-Precision 5 Axis CNC Working Centre For Industrial Aluminum Profile

CNC Aluminium machining centre with 5 axes has been designed to carry out drilling and milling operations on aluminium or UPVC profiles. The 24,000 rpm, 12kw electrospindle allows removal of a significant amount of chips and high machining speeds. The quick and simple configuration of the work tables make it economical to use even for the production of small batches, as “pendular machining” or “multi-piece and pendular machining” functions can be activated, with the ability to select a large number of vice/stop configurations.

2. Adopt Itlay OSAI (5 axis) CNC control system(with RTCP function), use imported servo motor and servo driver for moving parts, so can make sure fast positioning speed and stable working.

3. The CNC system have file storage unit, can store more than ten thousands different program files. The operators is convenience to use them during production.

4. Adopt advanced CNC control system, the machine can meet various processing requirements,such as drilling milling, rigid tapping and sawing.

5.Five Axis spindle adopts Italy HITECO12KW automatic tool change and tool aligning function.Realizing multi-faceted and multi-angle process on kinds of aluminium profile. With cutting function can realize precisely cutting at multifaceted and multi-angle.

6. 12 tools disc magazine, meeting the requirement of quick tool changing in different hole positions of profile processing.

7. With spray cooling function, improve profile surface processing quality and extend tool life.

8. It can achieve dual-zone working model,means one zone is working, at the same time another zone is load/upload parts. Machine can achieve alternating working.

9. Machine body frame was treated by overall heavy-duty welding, And it is satisfied with the standard of CNC Milling design, overall machine was processed by the CNC Machining center after heat treatment. The machine gantry structure adopts overall welding. It have the advantages of high precision, stable structure and long user lift etc.
